What do we do?

Utility Monitoring are a supplier of business to business (b2b) products and services designed to save you carbon, energy and money. Our distribution is across the whole of the UK from Lands End to John O’Groats, backed by a nationwide installation and maintenance partner.

An overriding principle of what we do is that you can’t manage what you don’t measure and to that end we’ve put together a suite of products and services in order to help you manage your utilities, Utility Monitoring.

We know that by monitoring your existing energy and utilities, whether that’s water, gas, electricity or oil you will start to make savings because your staff and colleagues will change behaviour. With some encouragement in helping them to do the simple things like turning equipment off when not in use, the savings will increase.

In order to make further savings, new initiatives need to be implemented and we’ll help you design and implement them. But best of all we’ll show you, your staff, your customers and all your stakeholders how much you saved as a direct result of the actions you’ve taken in real time, immediately.

Fundamentally, you need to be able to visualise and understand your energy and utility consumption before you can make informed decisions on changes to internal working practises and decisions on capital investment, why guess?

There’s no point driving change and investing in your business if you don’t know exactly what you’ve got now.

We want to build a long term relationship between us and our preferred partners to ensure continual development, to help make a lasting difference, to share knowledge, experience and expertise.
